The T20 World Cup 2022 is only half a month away, and it formally starts on October 16. A sum of 16 groups will partake in the competition. The competition is partitioned into two stages. A sum of 8 groups will play Cycle 1 preceding procedure to the Very 12 phase.
These 8 groups are isolated into Gathering An and Gathering B. Sri Lanka, UAE, Namibia, and Netherlands are set in Gathering A. While West Indies, Scotland, Ireland, and Zimbabwe are put in Gathering B. The best two groups from each gathering will then continue to the Very 12 phase. The Very 12 phase as of now has 8 groups pre-qualified. These 8 are now isolated into Gathering 1 and Gathering 2. Australia, New Zealand, Britain, and Afghanistan are a piece of Gathering 1. While India, Pakistan, South Africa, and Bangladesh are a piece of Gathering 2. Four additional groups from Cycle 1 will then, at that point, be added to the Very 12 gatherings.
In the Very 12 phase, each group will play the other 5 groups of their separate gathering once. The main 2 groups of each gathering will then continue to play the Semi-last. The Great finale will be played on November 13 in Melbourne.

Coming to India Group's timetable for T20 WC 2022, it begins with the blockbuster India versus Pakistan match on October 23rd in Melbourne. India then play the Sprinter up of Cycle 1 on October 27, and South Africa on November 30. The last two matches of Very 12 will see India play Bangladesh on November 2 and the Champ of Gathering B on November 06.
